Can I return or exchange my order?
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or transport damage, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or full refund.
Returns based on personal preference (e.g. color or style choice) are accepted within the 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with EU law. In these cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
